Meet the Artist

Few Words

I am an artist to experience the joy and Blissfulness of beauty in every element and share that to the entire world. I can’t give a proper definition of Art for its vastness and freeness but to me Art is a Catharsis of human mind. I always try to keep myself alive in my world and try to let people have at least a little bliss experiencing the artworks, maybe for a fraction of second.

“PAINTING TO ME IS A STATE OF LOSING ONESELF IN THE PARADISE OF THE UNKNOWN WHERE THE INNER BEING IS SEARCHING THE LIMITLESSNESS WITH THE TANGIBLE INSTRUMENTS. IT EXPRESSES THE SAME VAGUENESS OF THE MULTIDIMENSIONAL EMOTIONS, RISES UP AND BATHES IN THE SUBLIME LIGHT TO MERGE WITH THE INFINITY.”

A Few Words About

Raj

Raj is a contemporary artist. He has done his bachelor degree in Fine Art. He started painting at the age of 6 and realised it as his passion. He experimented with various mediums like watercolour, oil, acrylic, clay, digital medium etc.

He observes everything around him (inside or outside) and tries to portray what appeals to him with loosely used brushstrokes. Some of his works basically deal with Indian aesthetics which is evident from the economy of lines used and simplicity of expression. Sometime the paintings offer a bridge between realism and abstraction (tangible and the intangible world). He emphasizes on Indian principles and tries to express the ‘Navarasa’, the nine expressions with contemporary thought process.
